Daniel J Phillips

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Statistics at the Oxford Vaccine Group, Department of Paediatrics, University of Oxford.

My research focuses on estimating correlates of protection, i.e. the relationship between immune marker levels and protection against infection after vaccination. I am developing approaches using joint models for longitudinal and time-to-event data to estimate correlates of protection.
I am involved in projects estimating correlates of protection for COVID-19, typhoid fever, paratyphoid, and (non-typhoidal) salmonella.
